Welcome to our ambitious 20-year master plan, "A Bold Play Forward," designed to transform our club into a premier sports and social destination by 2044. This master plan outlines our phased approach to upgrading and expanding our facilities to enhance member experience and community engagement.
Phases of the Plan
Phase 1:
Glass Back Squash Court
We will be upgrading our two existing squash courts to meet international standards. This upgrade will feature a glass back wall and stadium seating for spectators, ensuring a better viewing experience and meeting professional play requirements.
Phase 2: Swimming Pool Stadium
We are creating stadium seating for spectators adjacent to the existing swimming pool, facing west. This will provide a comfortable viewing area for friends and family to enjoy swimming events and activities.
Phase 3:
New State-of-the-Art Gym
The Gym facility will be relocated & redeveloped within a modern building on the south side of the clubhouse. This state-of-the-art facility will be accessible 24/7, and feature a dedicated women's workout area; a multi-purpose court perfect for badminton & other activities; as well as a convenient new car parking area.
Phase 4:
Relocating Snooker Room
Once the gym relocates, the current gym area will be transformed into a snooker room. The snooker tables currently located upstairs in the Members Lounge Area will be moved downstairs to this new location.
Phase 5:
Central Relocation of Kitchen
The kitchen, currently situated upstairs, will be centrally relocated adjacent to the main clubhouse building. This move is intended to improve service efficiency and convenience for our members.
Outdoor Gym
The Club has invested in outdoor gym equipment. It has arrived and we will shortly get it off the ground. The area that has been identified is close to the swimming pool. It will have proper flooring and shade over the area too.
New Security Features for Gym Users
This has been implemented to stop unauthorized access to the gym and stop overcrowding. So far, it is working well.
